Grow your scope (without leaving Paeds): Start with a clinic-based paediatric caseload (1-18, some ongoing to 30), with a supported pathway to diversify into Aged Care in the coming months. Meaningful, practical therapy: Help children build independence in everyday life- across physical, cognitive, sensory, communication and social participation- through 1:1 and group programs. Clinic-first, with variety when you want it: Predominantly clinic based, with opportunities to work in home and school settings when it adds value. Stand-out Group programs: Cheer Club, Dance, Drama, Dojo, Gymnastics, Mini Chef, Ninja Warrior, Performance Troupe, Secret Agent Society, SOS Foodies, Tennis, Mindful Movers. Clear, sustainable expectations: 24 billable hours/week (typically 4-5 clients/day), with billables covering assessments, reporting, programs, groups, supervision responsibilities and therapy. Admin support that protects your time: Admin manages service agreements, bookings and billings, so you can stay focused on clients. Strong supervision and development: 1:1 clinical supervision with a Senior OT, peer supervision tailored to your needs, and quarterly multidisciplinary PD days. Genuinely Multidisciplinary team: Work alongside 5 OTs, 6 Speech Pathologists, 4 Psychologists, 2 Physiotherapists and a Music Therapist, with opportunities for joint sessions.
